Lodging Regulations - Required Reading: To ensure a safe, quiet and quality experience, all guests must comply with the following rules. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties, cancellation of the reservation without refund or reporting to the appropriate platforms. Guest Registration - Mandatory prior to check-in All guests must submit the following information prior to check-in: - Photo of a valid ID. - Telephone number. - Estimated time of arrival. Without this complete information, entry to the accommodation will not be authorized. 2. Admission and number of guests - Only the persons registered in the reservation can enter the lodging. - No unauthorized visitors or additional guests are allowed. - The number of guests must match the number of guests as stated at the time of booking. - All additional admissions must be approved by us and the building management. Please request it before making the reservation. - Any unauthorized admissions will be charged as a full additional night. 3. Admission of minors - We reject any form of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. - Minors may only enter accompanied by their parents. - In case of traveling without them, it will be mandatory to present a notarized authorization signed by both parents. 4. Conduct in the lodging - It is forbidden to hold parties or play loud music. - It is not allowed to provoke or sustain fights or behavior that disturbs the tranquility of the building or the community. - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. In case of smoking, a $50 USD fine will be charged for deep cleaning due to the odors that are impregnated. 5. Substance Use - The use of psychoactive substances inside the lodging is prohibited. - Excessive consumption of alcohol inside the apartment is prohibited. 6. Care of space and objects - The full cost of any object damaged, broken, lost, stained or burned during the stay or detected at check-out will be charged. - The apartment must be left in a normal clean condition. If excess trash or odors are found, a $55 USD additional cleaning fee will be charged. 7. Common areas and administration - Guests must respect all the rules of the condominium and common areas. - Any fines imposed by the management for guest misconduct will be borne directly by the guest. 8. Keys and access - In case of lost keys, a $20 USD replacement fee will be charged. - If the guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and there is no staff available to assist, the guest must pay for the locksmith service. 9. Pets - In case of damage caused by pets or the presence of hair on linen that is difficult to remove, the corresponding additional cost for cleaning or replacement will be charged. 10. Serious Misconduct - Any serious breach of these rules or misconduct towards third parties will be cause for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. We are very strict with the compliance of the rules.
